Karli is Dr. Tim’s treating assistant and is responsible for all patient care, from x-ray films, consultations, scheduling, marketing and administration. In addition, Karli ensures the clinic runs smoothly and maintains the professional standards that Dr.Tim Tregoning has established over the years.
Karli’s background has primarily been in business development, marketing and real estate. Karli has a keen entrepenerial spirit and has supported a number of start-up businesses and has succeeded in guiding them to becoming successful and well established companies.
Karli emigrated from England to the United States in 2005 to be with her husband, Kirby. She enjoys living here in Tulsa and in her spare time takes an active interest maintaining a healthy lifestyle, volunteering for great causes and managing her real estate holdings. Karli can often be seen walking her two great danes and mini-dachsund in her local park... It’s a sight to be seen!

Bethany joined Impact Clinic as a Chiropractic Assistant in the summer of 2010. She joined Dr. Tim’s team after many years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
Bethany is a valuable part of the team and assists Dr. Tim in many areas of the clinic, such as coordinating the schedule, assisting patients with therapies, performing xrays and consultations, to educating patients with all products and services offered at Impact Clinic.
Personally, Bethany has a 2 year old daughter and resides in Owasso, Oklahoma. In her spare time she is an active member of her Church and enjoys planning fun activities with her family and friends. Bethany takes an active interest in a healthy lifestyle and can often be seen at her local fitness club personal training and conducting fitness classes.
Sarah joined Impact Clinic as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Impact Clinic offers our talented Licensed Massage Therapist to provide an additional therapy to our ptatients which compliments Chiropractic care perfectly.
Massage therapy aids in the healing process from injury or over-use and is an excellent form of preventative health care to maintain, rehabilitate physcial function and relieve pain.
Britt joined Impact Clinic as Practice Manager in the spring of 2011. A native of Littleton, Colorado, Britt brings over five years of medical billing and managerial experience to Dr. Tim’s staff.
As Practice Manager, Britt is responsible for medical billing, accounts receivable, patient care plans and administrative support.
She is a 2003 graduate of Colorado State University and enjoys many outdoor activities, including hiking, camping and four wheeling. Britt currently resides in south Tulsa with her husband Dustin and their two dogs; Bailey and Liesl.
Amanda joined Impact Clinic as Chiropractic Assistant and accounts receivable support in October of 2010.
She joined Dr. Tim’s team after her completing herexternship as a Medical Assistant/Administration program.
Personally, Amanda has two daughters and resides in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She is an active member of her community and enjoys outdoor activities with her family.
